Making a payment means you have read and agreed with the TOS.
Ignorance of rules is no excuse.

⊘ I DON'T USE AI

Deadline: usually it takes no more than 1-3 months to complete a commission.
I tend to fit the deadlines, so please do not badger me with reminding; I always keep you informed about all the delays. Daily messages with questions and requests to finish quickly are not appreciated, they distract me a lot. It won't speed up my work, so be patient. If I have any questions during the drawing process, I will text you.
It's okay to tell me the preferred theme or atmosphere, I would really appreciate performing the client's ideas in my own taste and vision. But I won't draw within any super-strict requirements.
I draw with understandable reference sheets/3D models/arts only; no written character descriptions without illustrations; no exceptions.
I prefer characters with natural and laconic designs, but don't be shy to ask if your OC is okay or not!

The commissions are usually drawn in the payment order, but sometimes I may change the order queue at my discretion so that there are no delays in work.
After the commission is ready, I send the client two documents:

  • the first one in high resolution (for personal use)

  • and the second one in lower resolution for non-commercial publications on the web. Credit or link back are appreciated but not necessary.

I DRAW:

  • Anthro (any species, sex and gender), feral, samyferal

  • SFW/NSFW

  • Nature, landscapes, stickers, postcards

I DO NOT DRAW:

  • Humans or humanoid creatures, robots, mecha, overly colorful characters, elaborate full-length dragons, aliens;

  • Fanarts or any officially copyrighted characters from established franchises (games, movies, books etc). Yet I can draw your original characters existing in the same realities.

  • Private commissions that couldn’t be posted in my gallery;

  • Anthro porn, fetishes such as: farts, shit, futfetish, pee, engorgement, diapers, etc.

I can refuse a commission if I am not close to the theme or character design.

ABOUT EDITS AND CORRECTIONS

  • Corrections are only possible during the sketch phase.

  • Composition: If this was not specified in the order description, I reserve the right not to change the composition. The more precise the assignment, the better. Otherwise, I leave the choice to myself. Be careful and don't forget about it!

  • When lineart is ready, no edits are accepted (minor details are allowed, I can change the size and shapes of details (eyes, ears, nose, etc.), but within reasonable limits, some things I stylize).

  • I always send you the base coloring stage so you can check it.

  • No edits about shading, lighting, or tints are accepted. I will not change color #00000 to #000050 or redraw the arm to a different position.

  • Your character's color may change due to the atmosphere and lighting, please keep that in mind.

  • However, if I forgot to add any vital detail on the character, I will fix it!

PAYMENT

Full prepayment via PayPal. If you isn’t familiar with it, I’ll send you a guide.
After the artwork is discussed completely, I will send you a payment link. You must provide the payment in 48 hrs after the commission is fully agreed.I work on a 100% prepayment basisYou must provide me with a receipt / screenshot that payment has been made.

⊘ ATTENTION! No funds return!
Once you paid, you can’t refuse the commission and make a refund; I am sorry, I won't give your money back as I just have no possibilities to do that. Please keep that in mind.
Please, better not order a commission if you are not sure of your desires.
Once again: ⊘ NO FUNDS RETURN.

USE

  • Don’t upload WIP’s to public access.

  • Sketches you have not reserved do not belong to you, I will use them. You can't save/use them.

  • It is forbidden to put watermarks. It may interfere artwork perception or confuse about its authorship.

  • The client has the right to use a reduced version of the artwork for non-commercial publications on the Internet; the high resolution is for personal use only (desktop wallpaper, to show to friends, to show artist when commissioned, to print for yourself). You can crop to fit the banner/icon.

  • All ordered works are not intended for commercial use.

  • They can not be: printed for sale, fully or partially changed. You cannot overdrawn, supplement or significantly deform a picture; make any new versions of the digital final work and publish them.

  • I reserve the full right of using artworks as prints or part of artbooks/portfolio and to use the materials as paid content.

Terms and conditions for the use of the commercial rights obtained.

  • You have the right to use the commissioned work for printing for sale.

  • You can edit artwork: change colors/saturation/contrast/tone to improve the print, mirror the canvas, crop to fit a banner or icon, make it black and white, add lettering.

  • You cannot: add or change details (e.g. enlarge eyes, add patterns, a third ear, etc.), change colors, make any new versions of the digital final work and publish them.

  • You can erase or move my signature if it interferes with the print, but then you have to leave a mention of me somewhere (a link to one of my galleries or my nickname).

  • If you need a psd file with layers - warn me before I start work!! I can provide only: base color, linework, background, and final render (but separate layers with light and shadow no).
